En el marco de seguimiento a la Sentencia T-760 de 2008, se ordena requerir al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social para que responda de forma precisa los interrogantes planteados en el presente auto.
Igualmente, se ordena a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud presentar debidamente diligenciadas las tablas indicadas en los numerales 8.1 a 8.3 de la presente decisión.

- Primero. Requerir al Ministerio de Salud y Proteccion Social para que, dentro del termino maximo de cinco (5) dias habiles, contados a partir de la comunicacion de este auto, responda de forma precisa a los interrogantes planteados en los numerales 4.1. a 4.5. de la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud para que, dentro del termino maximo de diez (10) dias habiles, contados a partir de la notificacion de este auto, presente debidamente diligenciadas las tablas a que refieren los numerales 8.1 a 8.3.
- Tercero. Proceda la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion a comunicar esta decision, adjuntando copia de la misma.
